LibasByTiyaara – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At LibasByTiyaara, our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and satisfying. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order so you know exactly how our process works.

1. Order Confirmation & Processing

A. Order Verification

Once you place an order on our website, please allow us up to 2 business days to review and confirm it. This helps us ensure product availability and order accuracy.

B. Order Preparation

After your order is approved, the processing time is usually 2–4 business days. During this period, your product is packed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

C. Shipping Timeline

Once shipped, your order is delivered through our trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 7–15 days, depending on your location, courier availability, and transit conditions.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours of placing it.

Kindly note:
A 4% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway charges.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We do not provide cash or bank refunds. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Reasons for Return:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong or damaged product received
If you face any such issue, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos/video proof.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags intact

Return Shipping:

If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue either:
  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit, which can be used for future purchases
Cash refunds are not provided in any case.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available under the following circumstances:

✔ Product Received with Defects

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please inform us within 12 hours of receiving it.

✔ Placing a New Order for Exchange

For any approved exchange, you must place a new order on our website.

✔ Using Store Credit

If you have received store credit for a returned item, it can be applied toward your new purchase.

5. How to Initiate a Return

A. Raise a Request

Email us your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.

B. Return Shipping

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share the return address.
The shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

C. Inspection & Store Credit

After we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue store credit or arrange a replacement.

6. Important Notes

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for sending the product back.
Eligibility: Items that are washed, used, altered, damaged, or missing original tags will not qualify for a return or store credit.
No Cash Refunds: Only store credit or replacement will be provided.
