- Order Processing & Quality Check: 2–4 business days
During this time, your items are inspected, packed, and made ready for shipment.
Note: Processing time may be slightly longer during festivals, sales, or high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Timeline
After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 days

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but external factors such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays may affect delivery times.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We sometimes offer free shipping during promotions or on orders above a certain value — these details will be clearly mentioned on the website when available.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

LibasByTiyaara is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts due to an unreachable customer
- Orders returned because of wrong or insufficient address details
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Courier Delays & Third-Party Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by external courier partners.
While we work with reliable logistics companies, unforeseen delays may occur.
We are not liable for:
- Late deliveries caused by the courier
- Lost or damaged packages in transit (courier claims may apply)
- Delays due to natural events, strikes, or transportation issues
However, we will assist you with tracking and resolving any delivery concerns to the best of our ability.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be marked as undelivered and returned to us.
In such cases:
- Reshipping charges will apply
- Store credit may be issued (depending on the situation)
- Cash refunds are not provided
8. International Shipping
At the moment, LibasByTiyaara ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced in the future and updated in this policy once available.
